Reliability Test
In order to avoid possible defects in design and production, we
conduct a series of reliability tests on semi-finished products,
such as electronic performance test, dustproof test, waterproof
test, anti-corrosion test (salt spray test), vibration test and
thermal shock test.
Semi-finished product reliability test: Before gluing the
semi-finished product modules, all modules should be aged at high
temperature for more than 48 hours, and they can be packaged only
after QC inspection.
Finished product reliability test: After assembling the finished
module to the LED cabinet, we simulate the assembly of the entire
cabinet and age it for more than 72 hours. If no defects are found,
we will ship it to the customer.
Waterproof test: In the rainy season, the waterproof performance of
outdoor LED display screens is very important. The front cabinets
are all tested with high-pressure water spray to ensure that the
waterproof test is under good conditions and the protection level
can reach IP65
Anti-corrosion test: To ensure the anti-corrosion reliability of
PCB boards and cabinets, salt spray tests must be carried out
during the production process
Vibration test: For different types of screens, simulated vibration
tests must be carried out to ensure the reliability of
transportation and handling.
Environmental test: The real outdoor environment can ensure that
the factory display effect is consistent with the on-site effect

A: We use Nova Taurus Series asynchronous control system. Support
cluster play and management. Support APP/Phone/ WIFI/ Ipad/ Laptop/
