original buyers of its products from the company or ASWEI
-authorized resellers or distributors that all its products are
new, complete and never being used and that all the technical
information it provides regarding its contracted products is
complete, clear and correct.
Warranty coverage:
The user of ASWEI display system shall contact the company within
reasonable period of time if any problem is found that can’t be
solved by the users. Shenzhen SCXK is responsible for the quality
of its display system that is under normal use and storage and
shall repair or replace at its disposal any failed parts .The user
is obligated to provide ASWEI with a written report detailing the
trouble or failure.
Disclaimer of Warranty
This warranty doesn’t cover problems caused by or in following
conditions:
A. The normal wear or aging of parts and the whole display system.
B. Problems or damages caused by or due to unauthorized alteration,
misuse, abuse and/or negligence.
C. Problems or damages caused by or due to force majeure.
