2) Service period: During the maintenance period of the LED screen
body, all the maintenance fees are exempted; after the maintenance
period expires, only the material fee is charged and the labor fee
is exempted.
3) Service Scope: If users find any unsolvable problems, please
contact our company, we can respond within 24 hours. In order to
shorten the repair time, our company will deploy some spare parts,
such as power supply, chips and so on.
4) Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible
for the equipment.
2. Pre-sale service:
1) Our company can arrange professional personnel to carry out
on-site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the
requirements of the program and the original instructions. If there
is a special requirement to change part of the installation
program, our company will coordinate with the user. Our company can
ensure that the completion time is consistent with the time agreed
in the contract. Any problems caused by natural or human factors,
we will negotiate with the customer to solve.
2) We can train users according to the manual. The training
includes system use, system maintenance and equipment protection.
Frequent inquiries:
1.Do i need a technical person to assist installation and debuging
the system to mesh screen?
--Normally the competitors request to send one or two technical
persons installation site for assist,
which will bring much extra costs.However,if you take mesh screen
from us,there is no necessary
tyo send technical persons to there coz the frame and cabinet can
match perfectly,and in case the
system needs to be debuged,just via remote,and the job can be done
well!
2.How can i do if i want to put the mesh screen to the surface of
glass surface building ?
--The mesh screen is designed mostly for glass surface building,but
it's little difficult to find the
support position for the frame.We can provide OEM for the frame to
hold the cabinet.You just need
to send us concerning building draw,and other jobs will be done
well by us!!!
3.What's your leading time?
--The leading time normally is 12-15 working,which depends don the
total quality and the if there is any special requirement or not.
