Repair method: Upon receipt of the returned product, the repair will be completed and returned to the user within 24 hours;
Telephone or Internet: Contact the user within 2 hours after receiving the information, and solve the problem within 8 hours;
On-site mode: (domestic users only) after receiving the repair report, users in Guangdong Province within 48 hours to give a reply, users outside Guangdong Province within 72 hours to give a reply. Under special circumstances, the two sides will solve the problem by friendly negotiation.
